I had a great experience with Thrifty in Allentown. Great desk clerk and no problems at all the the vehicle. I will definitely rent from them again!

Do not use this rental company. I took the loss damage waiver and other insurances when I rented the car. I got a scratch on my bumper in NYC. Thrifty is charging me over $1,000 for the scratch and informed me even though I paid over $25 a day for insurance it only applies to the scratch with a police report. They have created a corporate blockade that doesn't allow anyone to hear you or your concerns. They are the only car company that has this policy. They do not care about your business.
I had a great experience with Thrifty in Allentown. A great weekend rate, polite counter staff, good economical low mileage car and prompt check in in and return. My only suggestions would be to try to have more staff the rental return area and try to move the cars closer to the terminal. Good job! I will rent from Thrifty at Allentown again!
