I am a pro driver at covenant trans and i love enterprise, i use them all over the country and am never disappointed. This particular agency is tops !!! They always have lots of cars and a great line up too. One small up grade will get you more than you expected so always ask as i do !
The manager and the staff at this place are fantastic. They are very transparent about damages, fuel, etc. and don't try to upsell you. Most of the times, I get a complimentary upgrade. I will always rent from here.
I'm reviewing an Enterprise office I've never set foot in! Crazy, right? My friend bought a car in Allentown and we had to drive over from New York to pick it up. We rented a car from Enterprise, one way, planning to drop it off at this office. We were nervous about getting there before they closed at 1:00 on Saturday. We called to confirm their hours and ask if they could drive us to the car dealership. "Hey, if it would make it easier for you, you can just leave it at the car dealership and give the keys to the salesman. We'll pick it up later." WOW!!! In one second, with a simple offer our day got 100% less stressful! Amazing service. These people really want to make your day better, and keep you moving!
Called to make a reservation at the property. Received a central reservations department and ensured 3 times with the representative that the guest I was booking for would infact be picked up as he had no way to get there. Waited an hour after the reserved time and no one arrived. Called the location itself and was told it was not his problem because he didn’t schedule drivers on sundays. After I confirmed 3 times my guest would be picked up. Only for the man on the line to say, I didn’t tell you that at this location it’s not my problem. After arguing with me for about 5 minutes that it wasn’t his issue because I spoke with a central reservations department (through enterprise) I was told a representative from a place 30 minutes away would come get him. I asked for them to just apologize to my guest for the long wait and there was a miscommunication and again he said no it’s not my problem and hung up on me without even obtaining an address. Called back 10 minutes later to get the address and then came. Overall a 2 house fiasco for a car and ride ass man who doesn’t realize he works for enterprise as a whole and not just his damn location.
