The experience was fine but thought the interior cabin and windows were not as clean as expected, nor accustomed to
I rent from National every other week. Staff is mostly friendly. Car selection is great. Always fun to get upgraded to a Hemi Charger or Mustang! On the down side: there are no representatives to check you in at ABE airport so you have to walk back into the terminal and 4 out of 5 times my satellite radio is not activated and I need to make a call to have this done.
Service was friendly, picked up car at 2am because of delayed flight. Car only had 1/4 tank of gas and no staff was around that late so had to fill up at my cost.
The staff is awesome always attentive always willing to help! Management has curated a great group of staffers.
Premium car came up as the cheapest option. When the bill came there was a mileage charge for double the number of miles I drove. They also charged me for 2 days because I had the car for ~25 hours.
