Everyone was so friendly! My car was perfect, clean, not all smelly with air fresheners, and ran great. When I came back, Kenny greeted me and helped me check in and was really personable--and the folks inside, Diane and Ester, were happy. Now when do you see people who work at car rental counters that are _happy_? This place rocks.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! ! made a reservation and they didn't have the car we asked for, they fail to mention we needed a deposit, second time they were giving us a hard time because of the temporary license WHICH they said they accept it, but the biggest headache was that they didn't take my card because it said Business Debit on the side, when I called and complain the supervisor said we do take debit cards BUT ONLY FOR PEOPLE FLYING IN!!?? I will not and do not recommend this company.
Every time I rent from Avis, which is often, I am always pleased with my experience. The customer rep at the counter almost always has a smile on their face and go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. I have only had one negative experience and that was with the 800 customer service number, not the actual Avis counter. The cars are always clean and in good working order and the service is always extremely quick. Also, every single time I have ever had an issue, Avis went out of their way to keep their word or rectify the issue. I will continue to rent from Avis.
Very friendly customer service. However, they wouldn't let me get a car with my debit card it had to be a credit card after I had called to be sure that I was able to use the card after making the reservation on Expedia. I walked two counters over to Enterprise and had no problem with getting a rental.
I always rent from another company but this time I tried Avis! Superior service and easy check in and out of car! I had the unfortunate incident that my grandsons locked the keys in the car.....Avis was right there when needed for which I am Happy to say that I did not miss my best friends wedding for which I flew in for! Love Avis! Thank you for a wonderful experience...good bye Enterprise!
