Visited this location when they first opened up.
Seems like they put all the money into making the place all nice and new while the food stayed the same. The food here is quite mediocre. Unfortunately it is probably the worst out of all the Wendy's that I've eaten at.
I have eaten here 4 times in the last 2 months. The food is good Wendy's quality food, from the chicken sandwiches to the salads. Each time I have gone it was just before the busy times. The reason for the 3 stars is that out of those 4 times their soda machines have been a problem on 3 occasions with at the most 40% of the selections available. On one visit, the staff even had to come around the counter to get soda from the customer's machines because the one in the back was not working. That actually is the worst thing that I've noticed here. The other little things, like dirty tables, messy floor, are typical fast food restaurant stuff that depends greatly on who is on duty and how busy it is. Overall, it is typically tidy and it is a nice place to grab a good quick bite and relax for a few minutes.
When my husband I were done eating our food, I cleaned my table as I always do.
The whole dining area was filthy. I chocked it up as, hey they are probably busy and backed up.
I like Wendy's the best of all of the fast food restaurants. Their food seems more fresh and is cooked much better than the rest of these types of restaurants. The people at this location seem like they want to help and they are friendly.
I visited again yesterday and the dining area was disgusting. I had to get a bunch napkins and wet with water and wipe a table down just so we had a clean table to sit at. As we are eating I look around and the floors have food everywhere. The whole dining area was just disgusting. I also can't forget to mention the 2 over flowing garbage area right by the soda machines. Anyone trying to get ketchup would have to try and maneuver around the garbage because the ketchup spout is right above the garbage opening. Who's brilliant idea was that?
An eating establishment should not be this dirty. I can only imagine the kitchen area.
The employees were nice. Manager or shift leader looked grumpy and miserable. Send your crew members to go out and clean the dining area.
When I looked around before I left, the table I cleaned was the only clean table there.
Ayo Real quick..... I’ve loved Wendy’s for a very long time. This new Wendy’s is awful. Food isn’t the best, service is terrible, drive thru is extremely slow. This Wendy’s has lost so many customers because of all this. Get a whole new staff and clean up the place.
My husband I will NOT be returning to this location again. I will visit the one near Kmart on tilghman like I have been for years.
