This place is ridiculous. If they aren't messing up orders they are not putting orders in their system at all. I placed an order today, spoke to the same voice I've placed orders with in the past only to be told when I go to pick up my to go order that they never received said order. I was asked if I'm sure I called the right Fridays as if there were more than one Fridays in Allentown. Horrible service, horrible staff. The only thing good at this place is the food, when the order is correct, that is. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
A true disappointment to the brand. Easily the worst TGI Fridays I've ever had the misfortune to walk into. The bartender & waiter were more interested in hooking up than taking our order. We were only asked about the diner once, food quality was below brand standard. Do yourself a favor and cross the street and go to Carrabba's...
We waited 15 minutes for our server and ended up leaving because we had somewhere to be. Apparently our server was "stuck at the bar". I am a server myself and I would never keep my table waiting for over 5 minutes before I greet them. This is my second time in there this week and both times I had to walk out because no one greeted me. A few days ago I went in and no host greeted me for a good 10 minutes and the bartender definitely saw me there and did nothing. Who trains these people? My manager would be furious if we gave such terrible service!!
Place is always busier than they can handle. No one came to our table past 10 minutes. Table was very sticky. Had to go up and ask for our waiter. Some waiter told me just the floor was sticky. I said no the whole table was sticly. Finally waiter came food was long. When food came the waiter stopped at another table and spoke to them while holding my husbands diner. Full conversation. 15 minutes to get drinks ordered. No need to come back here.
I'm giving them one star because I can't give them a minus. The place should be cited by the Dept of Health! The service was terrible, the food was burnt, cold and unrecognizable. This is one of those places that you have to check your silverware and wipe the table.
Our waiter had enough knowledge to get his shoes on the correct feet, beyond that, I don't know.
The staff seemed more interested in sharing their social life with one another than attending to the customers. The food litter was never cleaned off of the tables or floor. The bathroom was filthy.
Shame on them!
