I will never go to this checkers again...there was only 2 people working when I went and they were kinda busy between the drive thru and the walk ins. I waited 10 minutes for them to even take my order and waited another 20 minutes to get my food. When I got my food, nothing was what I ordered. They gave us 2 Apple pies because we had to wait and I took one bite and spit it out. The pie was absolutely disgusting. It was hard and did not taste right at all. I think the manager or owner is being really cheap and it's gonna put them out of business of they keep handing out garbage as food. Terrible.
This Checkers is horrible. I will never return. Employees are always outside hanging out with people. Went to return my last order the only thing I kept was the milkshake they gave me a fund of the milkshake instead of the twenty four dollars they owed me for burgers and fries. It took three times for her to give a refund that was kinda close to it after explaining that the only thing I kept was the milkshake and to refund everything else I Handed her. She was more concerned with her friends she was hanging out with.
Five stars!!! Excellent accommodations. Clean and very comfortable. Everything worked! Very friendly front desk.
I have always like checkers but unfortunately i managed to move next to what i feel is the worse one i have ever been to. Only been there twice in the last year because the first time was horrible. I decided to try again only to realize the first time was not a fluke.... they suck! Their service was cold and the food was colder! I never write reviews but this time i felt i had to! Sorry checkers but you need to put this place in check!
My experience with this Checkers has not been a good one at all. The first time I went there, they got my order entirely wrong and my mistake for not checking the bag before I left. Months later, I decided to go again to give it another shot. We went through the drive thru and the first thing we see is "Pull up to window to order". I don't mind this at all, I understand technical issues happen all the time. When we did pull up to order, the customer service was not great at all. Very serious, very poor, huge downer. I understand none of us want to work but you can't let others see that. We go around to the other window to get our food and we start to see the kitchen. The place is absolutely filthy with dirt and muck on the walls and even where the fountain machines are. Not only that, she got the order wrong so I had to go back and get that fixed. The woman who I assume was the manager was nice and did get it fixed right away. When we did start eating, food was mediocre at best. I did give Checkers another shot, but now I know I won't make that mistake again
