I never used a travel agency before, always booking my trips myself however I gave it a go and was glad I did. Liberty was able to price match an online quote for an all inclusive in DR which was nice. While down there the big storm came and our flight got canceled. It only took one phone call to them and they had us on the next flight coming home and didn't try to con us into booking the extra hotel night though them as they told us it would have be cheaper to go to the front desk at the hotel. As I am writing this, a day after I got back...my friends who didn't use an agency are still there for 3 more days because they couldn't get a flight home. Thanks Sam for helping us out!
