Never have my size shoe and when I asked the associate if they could see if they could order my size, was told I need to go to the register for that. They wanted me to wait in a long line just to say yes or no to being able to order my size or not. There should be a terminal on the floor for the associates to be able to help the customers with things like this, not hold up a line. They lost out on a sale. Went across the way and gave them my $100. They were happy to assist us.
