Called to order 1 large pizza was told it will take 20minutes. I went to pick up my pizza ended up waiting 1 hour for 1 large pizza. Never again will i get pizza from this place.
Love their pizza. I ordered my pizza on site, and they told me that the wait was going to be 15 min. It took less than 15 min for my pie to be ready. Great customer service. Will definitely buy my pizza from this Papa John location.
I placed an order for two "extra-large" pies, what is up with the 2 1/2 to 3 inch thick crust? When I placed my order, I had to sit through two minutes of advertising before I was able to speak with someone, FTS!!! I was ordering lunch for the crew that I was working with. Unfortunately my driving schedule changed, due to an unforeseen event, and I had to call them back to tell them that I would be late for the pick up. I had to sit through the same two minute commercial. When I called them back, and hour later, I had to sit through the same F N commercial. I will never order pizza from them again, the pies were mediocre and the crust was way too thick, extra-large, my ass!!! I would have given them less than one star, but they do not do fractions.
Horrible. Placed an order for delivery, was given the wrong total & when I mentioned the total was overpriced, I was told the total was in fact overpriced, however since the delivery driver was on his way that I have to pay the improper amount & then they hung up on me, Smfh absolutely ridiculous I will never go here again extremely rude and unprofessional staff!! I ended up driving to the lehigh location & had great customer service!
FAVORITE pizza place! So many awesome deals as well, especially getting half off on pizzas if a team in the area won (Phillies for example) and a lot of customer appreciation discounts!! I've always had a great experience with the delivery drivers. I'm assuming the reviews written months ago was when they were under a different management too. Pizza always come out just as I ordered online! Thank you papa johns!!! :)
