Because of last year's issues and knowing I have very dense breast I chose the 3D imaging. I got a form letter telling me things were negative and I have dense breast. Oh and it also said blah blah blah blah. There was no mention of the 3D imaging or the very large cyst that I know I have. When I called and complained the woman asked me what I wanted her to do about it. She said it was a form letter because they see 400 people a day. I will never go there again because my life means more than a former letter that tells me nothing.
went 3 times and each time it was a worse experience!!! these buffoons are raking in your dough and run the place like a three ring circus! receptionist was RUDE, check out person was even more rude, drs (3 of them ) are confused and have no skill in communication. all three ignored my initial finding in my breast! they all kept telling me why I was there and no one would listen to me that the lump I felt was NOT the one they were all looking for. it was in a completely different area- and the 3rd dr was feeling the wrong breast during the exam!!!!!!!!!!!
I dislike EVERYTHING about THIS office. Most are rude and completely insensitive to your situation. The Drs think it's ok to offer their opinion before providing the facts. Sadly, their other office isn't much better either. I believe that they've simply become much to comfortable in their positions.
