This H.D. is really set up for the contractor. Same selection as other other stores. Set up and aisles are quite a bit different. Very fast and easy checkout. Store has an equipment rental section as well.
I never have any issues here other than waiting in the customer service line while people try to return clearly stolen and used equipment for money. Sad, but always seems to be happening when I am trying to return something. Otherwise I can usually find what I am looking for after walking about 2 miles back and forth (since I am clearly not smart enough to know what aisle things are in). I would give it five stars of it had a cheese steak stand or Chuchi Frito kind of place in it!!
Chris in dept 21 is a jerk ( not the word I wanted to use). He needs to be trained on customer service or fired. Every time I go in there I run into him and he always tells me they don't have what I need but then I end up finding itself.
It's nearby, sometimes too convenient so I make too many trips. They let my dogs come in with me so if they like my dogs, they're ok in my book.
Went to Home Depot to pick up an on-line order. The employee at the Service Dept. took care of me right away and called someone to retrieve my order. Once I had the order outside, another employee helped me in loading the order onto my truck. Great service!
