Conveniently located. Plenty of parking. The best place to buy cosmetics. Staff is friendly and helpful. They need to offer more samples. It's like pulling teeth to get any of the ulta stored to give you samples. Also for perfumes and fragrances your better off going to sephora! They will give you 3 samples if almost anything per visit. Also if buying lancome or cliniwue your better off buying at department stores where you usually get free gifts with purchases.

I got my eyebrows done there, and let's just say it was a huge mistake. First off, the lady on the phone was rude, that should've been the first sign. Second of all, it cost $20 + tip ... which is outrageous for an eyebrow wax. Then when I'm getting my eyebrows done, I asked her to change the shape because it wasn't quite the shape I wanted yet and she made a remark and rolled her eyes. And then, last but not least.... she pulled the wax off so hard I now have a permanent scar under my eyebrow!!! I don't recommend this store's Brow Bar AT ALL.
I went to get my hair done as a trial for my wedding, Tanya, was my hairdresser. I choose her on the website because she was one of the 2 people with the highest experience and she was available on the day I wanted to do my trial. I came in and when I mentioned the word wedding to her she was like what?! youre getting married! you look so young! how old are you? None of this was outright mean but it was not friendly at all and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I then showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair to look and she said she wished she could see the other side... now this was a very very very simple hair do, curled and pulled half up with a clip which I had so she could see.. I feel as if youre one of the most expensive stylists you should know what youre doing especially with a simple hairdo.. Then the whole entire time she was doing my hair, she barely talked to me! She talked to her coworkers and another client THE WHOLE TIME she was doing my hair, at one point she asked me ONE question about my fiance and that's because another guest was talking about her husband... Then finally when she was done my hair she was going to put the piece in for my wedding and I told her she didnt have to because I wasn't wearing it that night, and she acted all surprised and had to 'undo' a part of my hair because she had planned to place it over that spot. I told her at the beginning I wasn't wearing the hairpiece today because I had a party and photoshoot to do later, clearly she wasn't listening. And then when she was 'finished' with my hair, it looked terrible. My hair was pulled very tight to my head which looks awful, the picture I showed her was not like that at all and she put in some random braids, I would not have minded the braids if they looked nice and weren't attached to my head, however they were very tight and everything except the curls looked terrible, anyone can curl hair though, she didn't have any pride in her work, as I looked absolutely terrible and she didn't even care. And then when she was almost done she asked what time it was, and I told her and then she was like oh, I wanted to see if I had time to get a tea before my next guest, but I dont. HOW RUDE!!!!! The only nice thing about the whole part was that I had been referred by my friend and had a $15 off card and apparently it was for the Ulta in Allentown and not the one on airport rd, and she still gave me the $15 off, which was nice, but I guess I should have gone to the other one instead. Terrible, terrible experience and I would never recommend anyone get their hair done by her, ever.
I love Ulta, they are very helpful. Today, I am unhappy with Ulta, I received a high end make up product as a gift and the color was not right. I did not have a receipt and just wanted to exchange it for the right color. But they said no, they said they could give me the lowest cost that someone bought it at, well that was $0 with there ulta card. So I got stuck w a product I can't use. They could of let me exchange it. Jerks!
