very good overall experience here. friendly staff, place is clean. They replaced a lot of the equipment a couple months back which was a big improvement. My only small complaints - people using the hand weights often take every weight they intend to use so that no one else has a chance to use them until they're done. Everyone is always using the crunch machine so it seems like they should have gotten two when they replaced all the equipment.
Besides a few gym trolls, it is a good economical gym. The staff are as friendly as other out of state locations. The gym has a lot of diversity and it is pretty laid back. Just watch out for the occasional, too serious gym troll. You can bring a guest for a great economical price. A great place to shrink stubborn belly fat cells and gain resistence..
Great gym. I usually don't like being in Allentown for obvious reasons but I don't mind it, the staff is friendly and the people mind their own business
Huge Spacious gym with great working machines. Gets crowded from time to time but you don't really feel it since the gym is so spacious. If you love cardio machines then this is the gym for you. They also remodeled a while back so almost all the machines and weights are new. The only negatives are the bathroom and sometimes the staff can get annoying with the lunk alarm.
Just transferred to this location today and it's the best one I've been to yet. Employees were really helpful with my weird membership issue, the place is way cleaner and more spacious than my last gym and it's never too crowded
