I've been here in the past. He is an excellent doctor. My appointment was canceled after waiting for two months. The receptionist was awful to deal with trying to reschedule, she had a hard time processing the idea that I can only do Fridays. I eventually gave up and looked elsewhere.
They give you the hour for the appointment for nothing because you wait for a long time.
Very professional practice starting with the receptionist. The girls at the front did an amazing job checking my parents in a timely manner. Dr. Ortiz is the best glaucoma specialist in Allentown.
Front dear never picks up phone calls and I'm really tired of waiting 2-3 months for an appointment. Looking for another place for me and my whole family!
Doctor is good. But please get new people at the front desk. They never answer when you call! They keep you on hold for like 20 minutes and sometimes they just hang up! Horrible. Dr. Rojas needs to hire need people. The receptionist is terrible.
No restroom in office only for staff and the doctors wife is rude when I explained the public restroom that they send you to use is open to anyone and it looks like a porter potty in there. Told her I was pregnant and refuse to use that bathroom if I could please use the one in their office as I am a client for years and she refused. Once I stated I was going to put a complaint she said oh I didn't hear u say ur pregnant please come use our bathroom.
