I waited 20 minutes at store #3361 at the customer service desk for 20 minutes to get money from the western union at approximately 7:00pm. The customer service rep named paul was very rude and proceeded to tell me he didnt have the funds for a 150.00 western union transfer i for see this stors closing also and I am never shopping here again SCREW KMART!!!!!!!!!!!
Some of the numbers were not printed on the receipt so instead of $3.47, it was $13.47. We went back to figure out why and had to wait in line just to recheck the receipt. The cashier sent us to customer service where we had to wait in a longer line just for him to tell us that the printer was faulty. I had so much fun waiting for 45 minuets.
I received a table runner as a gift for Christmas. This has very obviously never been used and is clearly labeled with the knart price. I do not have the receipt and I do not know the phone number of the purchaser. No refund for me. I will NEVER shop at Kmart again.
I shop there because it's close to my house and the ability to earn points were nice; however the inventory is always low. Yesterday I went for feminine care items extremely low inventory the 1 box was open and looked as if some were missing and another box I purchased,today when I opened them 6 were missing. On top of that someone is always stealing my points because they won't separate the other name from my phone number. The lines are always long not because they're busy but because the cashiers are always off talking to each other. You can never find any help and it seems they don't know how to work their equipment.
Good riddens to Kmart and Sears the store has no employees and inventory is always low. When you wait for hours to check out you want to give up and just leave. Look elsewhere for a better store this mess won't last and their prices are not comparable either. Check out Ollies Bargain Outlet instead.
I'm done shopping at this store. There is absolutely no benefit for me.
