From the beginning to the end i was treated very professionally and i would recommend this location.
If I could give this place a half a star or no star, that would best represent my visit with aspen dental today. After wasting 2 hours of our lives at this unprofessional dental establishment, my husband and I will not be returning... ever. If you enjoy arriving at your appointment 15 minutes early, just to have an employee and her significant other be seen ahead of you, then please go to aspen dental. If you like absolutely no privacy while getting your teeth check because there is not even a cutrain you can close to avoid being seen by ever human who walks by, then please go to aspen dental. We were able to see the employee working on her significant other in another room, then we were magically seen promptly after the couple left. Hmmm... coincidence?! At least tell us there is an emergency and we have to wait... we would have rescheduled! Instead, we will never get those 2 hours of our lives that we spent waiting at aspen dental for a check up that took less than 5 minutes. Thanks a lot.
He was done before i knew it. I was surprised.
Do not go to this place! I had 2 root canals done with crowns about a year ago. One crown chipped exposing the metal core after 8 months. They wanted to charge me the total cost again! Now my other crown feels loose! Use a local dentist and not a big chain like this place. I found someone to do my crown replacement for about 1/2 of what Aspen wants. You have been warned.
Thank you to everyone who assisted me!
They accept most insurances and care credit as well.
Unfortunately I have to give them a one star review. I was looking for a new dentist and this location was convenient. I scheduled an appointment for a check up and cleaning and an hour and a half later I leave with no cleaning just a big sales pitch on how I need all this dental work done. From my teeth needing to be capped to a re do of a root canal just done recently at another dentist. I questioned what was wrong with the root canal that was done by the other dentist and they said it was not done right. I have no pain or discomfort with that root canal and again made me question whether aspen dental was just out to sell me something I didn't need. The tooth they also said needed to be "capped" has never given me any issues and previous dentists, in the past 6 months never had a concern about it. They also told me that my routine cleaning which would be covered by my insurance cannot be done until I get a gingivitis treatment which was not covered by my insurance. So I trusted them and had the "special treatment" done. Paid the extra money for that but then they tell me I have buy a toothbrush and rinse for $230 out of pocket. When I refused to buy it they said they couldn't continue treatment for me if I didn't follow the program. I stuck to my guns and after much grief they waived the requirement to have to buy the toothbrush and rinse. So today I go in for a scheduled appointment to have a cavity filled and they want payment up front before they perform the procedure. I have no problem with that other than I showed them a copy of my insurance policy clearly stating composite fillings are covered for the tooth in question at 100%. They still would not fill the cavity until I paid the fee and said they would have to investigate it with insurance. What!!! I showed them clearly in black and white it was covered but they basically told me too bad. After researching aspen dental on the internet, I now see state attorney generals have filed law suits against them for deceptive and illegal selling tactics. Also I read multiple reviews for this location and seems almost everyone in the Lehigh valley has "gingivitis" and had to have the "special treatment" done, with out of pocket expense, before a basic cleaning can be done, which would have been covered by insurance. I wish I would have researched them before going. That was my mistake. I am a trusting person and want to respect professionals in the dental field by I can say with good a good conscience that I do not trust these professionals from an ethical stand point. Hopefully I can help someone else from going through the grief and aggravation I have gone through.
I had an emergency with an abscessed tooth. now my dental history isn't the best and I did need a lot of dental work done. They got me in that day and then advised me that all 3 lower left teeth needed to be extracted. I felt pressured to get this done right then and there because they had an opening. In hind-sight I should have waited but I was in a lot of pain. Turns out that 2 of the teeth could have been saved and they just went with the 'cheap route' and pulled them. I went to another dentist after and we are saving the teeth that remain. It wasn't about what was best for me or my emotional well being, it was what 'they thought I would pay for at that moment'. I will never EVER go back to these butchers ever again.
5 stars!
The location is easy to find and plenty of parking.
They also offer payment plans.
I called for an appointment and was given an appointment that same day for a consultation. I was given an xray and was taken care of by the staff. Who by the way were so kind and caring.
They gave me an appointment for the very next day to have a killer wisdom tooth extracted. I arrived early and they took me in. Got me situated. The doctor was very kind and humerous and quick.
