It is the best park , I ever visit. The kids enjoy a lot in here. They have all the rides that you can imagine. The food is good. The Staff is very helpful . I love to go to see a lot of people happy and having great time with their family and friends. The price is great and they have season memberships for the hall year around. They have a lot of activities all day. I Love this place. I go all the time.
Overall not bad. 20 dollars to park is a bit much. The admission cost can be justified because it is a big park. Food is also a bit expensive. It is a good time in the park though. Last time however it took me over 20 minutes just to buy a ticket. Only two booths open with lines of people trying to give them money. That shocked me but I still had a good time.
Love this place. It's cheap with good rides but my goodness it is so dirty! We walked by a tampon...twice! We went during Halloween time. It was still fun. The food could be better for the prices to be honest.
My son and I love Dorney! We are season pass holders and go as often as possible. The water park is usually very crowded in the summer and we don't enjoy the overcrowding so much, but the roller coasters are great. Steel Force is the best roller coaster ever! Food is extremely expensive so we pack a lunch and get our hands stamped and go out to the car to eat. The Halloween frightfest is fun, but lines for the haunted attractions get extremely long. Overall a really fun place and it pays to have season passes if you are going more than once in a season.
Rude customer service. Erik at the Hydra souvenir shop was very rude. None of the roller coasters we previously had ridden had the photo shop open (especially Steel Force which we wanted most) so we were excited to see Hydra's photo shop was open. Were trying to take a picture of the photo number only so we can purchase an actual photo. We wanted to make sure we got number before it went down and it's a lot quicker than looking for pen and paper. He removed it before we could get the number. I asked Erik if he knew which number it was I would like to buy the family photo (DID NOT ASK HIM TO POST IT ON THE SCREEN AGAIN). He told me that he deleted it and I can not purchase it, which I find hard to believe. I told him I believe the number 42003 or maybe 42008 but we weren't sure because it wasn't up long enough and asked if we could buy it. He rudely told me again that he deleted it and said he has the right to refuse service to anyone. Poor customer service. It's a shame since we buy season passes for extended family as Christmas gifts.. Not anymore. Now we will have to leave here without a funny photo memory of today and an unfavorable view about this company as a whole, which is usually known for its great customer service. UPDATE: At least Talon had their photo shop open and we were able to buy one (and the lady working their was really nice) but the photo was not nearly as good as the Hydra one, so still disappointed.
